Some Major Cooldown Buffs Removed on Raid Boss Combat Start in Patch 11.1.5
In Patch 11.1.5, buffs from some major class cooldowns are cleared when raid combat starts, without refunding their cooldowns which will affect the pre-pull rotation for Outlaw Rogue and other specs.

Tested on the Patch 11.1.5 PTR, some major cooldowns that are active will be removed when raid boss combat begins, without refunding their cooldowns.
