With today’s first Patch 11.1.5 PTR build, we’ve learned about the Winds of Mysterious Fortune leveling and reputation event which also grants new cosmetic rewards through Mysterious Satchels.

Despite not being mentioned in Blizzard’s 11.1.5 preview or development notes, a new Winds of Mysterious Fortune leveling event will be happening at some point in Patch 11.1.5.
