(MOSTLY REVERTED) Some Major Cooldown Buffs Removed on Raid Boss Combat Start in Patch 11.1.5

In Patch 11.1.5, buffs from some major class cooldowns are cleared when raid combat starts, without refunding their cooldowns.

Edit (4/2 4:27 PST): A hotfix on the PTR has reverted most of these changes.

Tested on the Patch 11.1.5 PTR, some major cooldowns that are active will be removed when raid boss combat begins, without refunding their cooldowns.
