Blizzard has posted Patch 11.1.5 hotfixes for today which includes update to the cooldown manager for classes.

Fixed an issue where stacks of Art of the Glaive were not correctly being tracked on the Cooldown Manager.

Havoc

Fixed an issue that prevented A Fire Inside from dynamically updating the damage bonus granted to Immolation Aura based on your current Mastery amount, like when activating a trinket that increases Mastery.
