Blizzard has released a Hotfix for Season of Discovery which makes adjustments to Kel’thuzad in the Naxxramas raid.

Developers’ note: The changes below went live with this week’s realm restarts.

The stun during the Kel’thuzad encounter on Hard Mode 4 can no longer be immuned.

Kel’thuzad now correctly comes back up with full health regardless of debuffs placed on him during the transition phase.
